The Jan Gramin Vikas Sansthan (JGVS) initiatives under this domain(HEALTH ACTIVITY) are focused on HealthTraining, Health information, education, and awareness, Rural clinic( GAON DAWAKHANA CENTER) & Vaccination.
Project Gaon Dawakhana: The JGVS intervention is focused on the two blocks Manihari & Jakhniyan in GHAZIPUR district, Uttar Pradesh.
This clinic or center shall provide the following services:
- Basic medical care based on standard treatment protocols which include curative care for common illnesses like fever, diarrhea, skin problems, respiratory problems etc., first aid for injuries and burns, dressing and management of minor wounds and referral services.
- All drugs as per the essential drug list shall be provided 50 Rs cost for five number of people in one family for 01 months.
- Health information, education and awareness.
